Weekly fixes for humanity
Fellowship, which builds products that make cooperation easy and deception expensive — for the whole species, not just some groups of it.
Not that long ago, right?
In 1543, we realized Earth isn't the center of the universe. We took it personally:

Can we handle what's coming?
The problem is not in human nature. It is in the system — harm is still cheaper than cooperation.
Only now do we have enough technology to change how people interact, connect, and cooperate.
Gods with wisdom ✨
We build, we grow, we transcend.
Humanity is gone 💀
Destruction outpaced cooperation.
Mission
For 300,000 years, a single human could kill one person with a rock. Today, a single human can kill millions. But our systems still reward harm and cooperation at roughly the same rate.
The fix isn't better humans. It's a better system — one where growing through benefit is faster, cheaper, and more powerful than growing through harm.
Elevate the system for humanity: make it easier to grow through benefit, harder to grow through harm.
Create a way of living through win-win that beats selfishness — not through morality, but through better results.
Radical openness and win-win as the de facto standard for humanity.
Why
So our species grows wiser and worthier — playing at a higher level. A civilization built on deception stays primitive, fragile, and boring.
Who we serve
The people next to us now, and the ones who come after. We try to keep both in view.
Values
- Win-win or no deal. Every interaction either creates mutual value or doesn't happen.
- Truth. See reality as it is, not as you wish it were — starting with your own self-deception.
- Wisdom. Knowing which game you're playing, and why it's worth playing.
- Leverage. Minimum force at the point of maximum systemic effect.
- Obsession. The Mission is not a hobby. It is the thing you cannot put down.
- Courage. Act on the Mission despite resistance from those who profit from the status quo.
- Transparency. Default to open. Remove information gaps, starting with your own.
- Humor. Don't take the world around you too seriously — humor makes life far more interesting.
- Discipline. Do the boring thing on the boring day. Consistency beats intensity.
- Patience. Compound interest mindset — urgency in action, patience in expectation.
- Rationality. Evidence and logic over consensus and emotion — including the obligation to update when proven wrong.
Five fundamental habits
- Be proactive. Act on the system, don't react to it.
- Plan first. Begin with the end in mind.
- Important things first. Urgency is a liar; importance isn't.
- Win-win. The only deal worth repeating.
- Self-improve. Without it, the other four habits slowly stop working.
Our paradigms
The map of the territory we're betting on.
Reality
- Reaching reality is impossible. Every sense, model, and instrument is a translation layer. We're inside something — call it a simulation, a universe, whatever. From the outside, the result is already fixed. From the inside, it isn't: the subject still gets a vote, and still gets to move it.
Universe
- The universe owes us nothing. No center, no purpose, no audience. It was here first.
Life and civilizations
- Every mind counts as a player in win-win. Not only Homo sapiens but AI and every other form of life too. We are gods now, building new kinds of minds — even when, in fair competition, they outgrow us.
- But we act human-first. Humanity is the side we're on; no other life form gets that loyalty. A seat at the table is not the same as our allegiance.
Meaning
- No cosmic meaning is owed to us. The species ends or transforms, either way. So we chose a game worth playing: reach the last stage of civilization at full cooperation, full win-win, full virtue — 100% effective.
The human
- We are just biochemical algorithms — only physics and chemistry. Yet character is unique because of micro-anomalies: mutations from the default factory settings. Copy the brain faithfully and the same mind wakes up in the model. So personality is the deviation — a clean reset wouldn't heal you, it would delete you.
- Art is your mindset, reflected back with its deviations from the norm intact.
Privacy
- Privacy is a superposition. People hide to stay undefined, every option still open. Radical openness collapses the wavefunction — it forces one clear, narrow position. The cost is the part of the audience you turn away; the gain is the trust of everyone who stays.
To understand the universe is clever. To find it funny is wisdom — only the free can laugh at what they cannot escape.
The Method
Data collection + Proactivity + Data openness = Result.
Three moves. Each is useless alone and compounding together.
- Collect data. Internal and external. Find the patterns, build the models, run the forecasts — you cannot manage what you refuse to measure.
- Be proactive. Close vulnerabilities before they cost you. Build real strength, not the illusion of it. Always hunt for the win-win.
- Open the data. Transparent intentions and actions build trust — and trust is the cheap entry into win-win. A real public commitment makes defection too expensive and virtue maximally profitable.
The Trust Protocol (a concept) is how that public commitment becomes mechanical — integrity cheap to verify, lying too expensive to sustain.
The World We're Building
Radical openness and win-win as the de facto standard for 80% of society. Goals, plans, decisions, actions, agreements, transactions, problems — published by default.
One protocol, more influential than the internet.
A unified, decentralized openness system. No one owns it; everyone reads it.
Governance
- DAO. More transparent decision-making and easier coordination.
- Constitution. Rules you can read, fork, and amend.
- AI court. Arbitration that does not get tired, bribed, or bored.
Technology
- Decentralized intelligence and AI win-win search. Machines hunting for deals where everyone wins.
- Real-time big-data analysis about each subject. The system sees itself thinking.
- Smart contracts and oracle networks. Agreements that keep themselves.
- Digital-twin simulations. Test decisions in simulation before committing them.
- Preventive vulnerability detection. Patch the weakness before anyone finds it.
Openness only adds power. It opens no new wound — it only puts a spotlight on the ones already there.
Each participant gets stronger and exposes no new vulnerability — and it works even for the one who adopts it alone.
What this buys us
- Fair competition. You win on merit or not at all.
- Zero corruption. Nowhere left to hide it.
- Deception goes bankrupt. Expensive to run, short to live, dangerous to attempt.
- Fewer civilizational mistakes. The species checks its work.
Participants
n1.member — a human who thinks in the interests of all humanity, never just one group of it, and devotes their life to serving society. They absorb the coordination cost no one else will, driven by a first-principles preference for win-win.
Current status: early stage — we are assembling the founding core from scratch.
Language: day-to-day communication is mostly in Russian for now.
Internal products
Solve each other's problems. Access people who raise your ceiling. Raise your efficiency through shared tools and systems.
Activities
Weekly rhythm, online and offline.
- Joint projects. In teams of 2–4. Each must make cooperation easier or deception harder.
- Idea incubator. Raw ideas shaped into projects through collective feedback and iteration.
- Informal meetups. Sports, dinners, spontaneous conversations.
- Strategy alignment. Goals review, roadmap recalibration.
- Research. Deep dives into problems worth solving — findings feed back into members' work.
Infrastructure
- Shared expertise map. Members' skills, contacts, and knowledge — mapped and accessible.
- Systematic mutual help. Structured system where helping is tracked, visible, and reciprocated.
- Club chat. Async coordination — decisions, questions, quick feedback.
Upcoming event
Strategy alignment. Our first community-wide session to review our goals, recalibrate the roadmap, and make sure everyone is pulling in the same direction.
External products
We build and ship our own products — tools that make cooperation easier and deception harder. Weekly updates, small steps that compound.
- IT products for cooperation
- Methods to simplify win-win
- Methods to raise costs of deception
